1. General Return Guidelines

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

  • To process a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hoodiemaker.store to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@hoodiemaker.store within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Package Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.

  3. Ship Your Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

  4. Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Rejected Returns: If your return is not approved due to damage or wear, we will notify you via email and return the item to you.

4. Specific Return Scenarios

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and process your refund or exchange.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover the return shipping for the incorrect item.

  • Items Not Received: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and either resend the item or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
