All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@hoodiemaker.store within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Package Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.

Ship Your Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed as follows:

Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Rejected Returns: If your return is not approved due to damage or wear, we will notify you via email and return the item to you.
